Valencia will be looking to end their bad streak when they visit Barkaldo in the second leg of the Round of 32 in the Copa del Rey. These teams will meet this Wednesday, December 16th at Mestalla Stadium at 20:00.

This will be the second meeting between these two teams, and Los Naranjeros won the first match by 3-1 at Lasesarre Stadium with goals from Joao Cancelo,  Jose Luis Gaya and Daniel Parejo.

The bad news for the team led by English coach Gary Neville is that it was their last victory so far. They come to this game with a streak of three straight matches with no win and only one in the past seven in all competitions.

Los Che won for the last time at Mestalla Stadium on October 31 when they defeated Levante 3-0 in La Liga. They are located in the eight place in the standings with 21 points, seven away from the spot for the next UEFA Champions League.

They are one of the two teams that remain unbeaten at home this season in the local tournament. They have three wins and four draws, scoring 10 goals and allowing only three.

In the 2016 Copa Del Rey Odds Valencia v Barakaldo, Los Naranjeros are favorites to win this game at home and get their ticket to the next round. They are listed with 1.27 Odds, while Los Fabriles are with 10.0, and the draw is with 5.75.

David Movilla´s squad has also struggled in recent weeks as they have not won in their past three games. They are in the first place in the standings of Group B in the Spanish Segunda Division B with 38 points, three more than Real Madrid Castilla. Their last victory on the road was more than one month when they beat Ebro 1-0.

Barakaldo will try to advance to the Round of 16 in La Copa del Rey for the first time since 1945.  It was the first time in 67 years that they are playing at this stage of the tournament.

If they win this match, the Orange squad will be in the Round of 16 in this tournament for the tenth consecutive year. Last year, they were eliminated by Espanyol by an aggregate score of 3-2. The last time they lift the Cup was in the 2007-08 season, which was their seventh in their history.

Spanish striker Paco Alcacer is the leader of Valencia this season with six goals, followed by Daniel Parejo with four and André Gomes and Shkodran Mustafi with two. This game is listed with 1.12 odds to finish Over 2.5 Odds at the Online Sportsbook Bodog and with 1.01 to end Under 2.5.

After this match, Los Naranjeros, who were eliminated last week from the Champions League group stage, will continue at Mestalla stadium to host Getafe in the local tournament.

Despite Valencia’s problems to score this season, they will win this match at home and give Gary Neville their first victory in front of Los Naranjeros.
